A differentiated opportunity in the junior gold sector.
Nine years of disciplined exploration in southern Mali, now advancing toward potential production at Massala — with district-scale upside preserved.
Why invest in Compass Gold.
After nine years of disciplined exploration across its district-scale land package in southern Mali, Compass Gold is advancing toward potential gold production while preserving long-term exploration upside.
A disciplined pathway toward production
Compass has identified a practical pathway toward potential gold production through the Massala Small Mine Project, alongside its ongoing exploration work. Years of drilling, metallurgical testing, bulk sampling, environmental studies and engineering have positioned the Company to pursue a lower-capital development strategy while continuing to advance exploration across the broader district.
An exceptional leadership team
Compass has assembled a strong leadership team whose experience spans every stage of the mining business—from discovery and exploration through mine development, operations, corporate finance and capital markets. Its directors, officers, advisors and technical leaders have collectively discovered, financed, developed, operated and governed gold mining companies around the world, including helping to build one of Mali's leading gold producers. This depth of experience provides strategic leadership across every stage of the Company's development.
A district-scale opportunity
Compass’s Sikasso Property consists of ten exploration permits covering 800 sq. km in the Birimian greenstone belts of the West African Craton. The permits are held by four Malian subsidiaries that are 100% owned by Compass Gold Corporation. Massala is the immediate priority, with initial exploration work focused on a 340 m segment of the 14 km Tarabala mineralized fault zone. Additional targets along the Tarabala and Moribala trends give Compass room to pursue discoveries across the broader land package.
A simple, scalable development strategy
The proposed Massala Small Mine Project is based on near-surface oxide mineralization using a straightforward gravity recovery process. Management believes this approach has the potential to reduce technical complexity, lower initial capital requirements and establish a practical pathway toward commercial production.
Strong alignment with shareholders
Compass maintains a tightly held share register supported by meaningful insider ownership and long-term shareholders. Directors, management and significant shareholders have substantial alignment with the Company's long-term success, reflecting confidence in the strategy being executed.
In closing
Compass Gold is executing a disciplined strategy designed to convert years of successful exploration into a scalable development opportunity while preserving the long-term value of its district-scale exploration portfolio.

Contact Investor RelationsWhere does Compass Gold trade?
Compass Gold Corporation trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol CVB and on the OTC Markets under the symbol COGDF.
What is Compass Gold's strategy?
Compass is advancing the Massala Small Mine Project as a potential pathway toward gold production while continuing to evaluate additional small mine project locations and the longer-term exploration potential of its broader property portfolio in southern Mali.
The Company's current priority is to advance the technical, engineering and development work required to position Massala for development when the required Small Mine Permit is granted.
Where are Compass Gold's properties located?
Compass Gold's Sikasso Property in southern Mali consists of ten exploration permits covering 800 square kilometres. The permits are held by four Malian subsidiaries that are 100% owned by Compass Gold Corporation.
The properties are located within Birimian greenstone belts (2.23 to 2.06 billion years ago) of the West African Craton, a geological setting that hosts numerous gold deposits and mining operations throughout West Africa.
What is the Massala Small Mine Project?
Massala is the Company's current development focus.
Compass has received the Environmental Permit required for the proposed project and has applied for a Small Mine Permit under Mali's 2023 Mining Code. The Company is awaiting a decision on that application.
When granted, the Small Mine Permit will provide the regulatory framework under which Compass can advance a small-scale commercial mining operation at Massala, subject to completion of the additional technical, engineering, financing and development work required to proceed to production.
Why is Compass pursuing a Small Mine strategy?
Mali's 2023 Mining Code provides a regulatory framework for small-scale commercial mining operations subject to defined operating parameters.
Compass believes the Small Mine framework provides a potential means of advancing Massala toward production with a smaller initial development footprint than would typically be associated with a conventional large-scale mining operation.
The Company also views a potential Massala operation as an initial development opportunity within a much larger mineralized system that remains subject to additional exploration and technical evaluation.
How does Compass propose to recover gold at Massala?
The Company is evaluating a gravity-based processing flowsheet for the proposed initial operation.
Engineering and metallurgical work is continuing, and the final plant configuration, capital requirements, operating parameters and recovery assumptions will depend on the results of that work and the development approach ultimately selected by the Company.
Does Compass have an NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate for Massala?
No.
Compass has not declared a mineral resource estimate for Massala. The Company's current NI 43-101 technical report describes the geology, exploration history and technical work completed on its Sikasso properties but does not contain a mineral resource estimate.
Any project economics or development scenarios discussed by the Company are based on internal project evaluation and are not supported by a feasibility study as defined under NI 43-101. Investors should therefore not interpret the Company's development planning as establishing mineral reserves, mineral resources or the economic viability of a mining operation.
Who is Compass Gold's Qualified Person?
Dr. Sandy Archibald, P.Geo., Technical Director of Compass Gold, is the Qualified Person responsible for the Company's scientific and technical disclosure in accordance with National Instrument 43-101.
What interest would the Government of Mali hold in a Small Mine operation?
Under Mali's 2023 Mining Code, the government equity participation requirements applicable to large-scale mining operations do not apply in the same manner to Small Mine Permits.
A Small Mine operation remains subject to the applicable royalties, taxes, regulatory requirements and other obligations imposed under Malian law.
What is the status of the Massala Small Mine Permit application?
Compass has submitted its application for a Small Mine Permit and is awaiting a decision from the Government of Mali.
While the permitting process has taken longer than originally anticipated, the Company has continued to advance work within its control, including metallurgical testing, environmental permitting, engineering evaluation, plant design, contractor engagement and development planning.
The Company has already received the Environmental Permit required for the proposed Massala Small Mine Project.
What work can Compass complete while it awaits the Small Mine Permit?
The Company can continue to advance a number of development-readiness activities before a permitting decision is received.
These include engineering, processing and plant design evaluation, procurement planning, contractor engagement, metallurgical work, geological modelling and other technical and commercial work intended to position the Company to advance efficiently when the Small Mine Permit is granted.
Certain major decisions - including final capital commitments, plant construction and the commencement of mining operations - cannot be made until the necessary regulatory approvals are in place.
How does Massala fit within Compass Gold's longer-term strategy?
Compass views the proposed Small Mine operation as a potential first stage in the development of its broader property portfolio rather than as the limit of the Company's ambitions for the district.
The Company continues to evaluate the Massala, Tarabala and Moribala areas and believes additional exploration and technical work may identify further development opportunities over time.
Any expansion beyond an initial Small Mine operation would depend on additional drilling, technical studies, permitting and economic evaluation.
