Larry Phillips is a co-founder of IAMGOLD and has spent more than three decades helping to build and grow successful international gold mining companies. During his leadership with IAMGOLD, he directed international investments, joint ventures and government relationships, contributing to the Company's growth into one of Mali’s leading gold producers. A lawyer by training, Larry combines deep commercial judgment with extensive mining-sector experience and longstanding relationships throughout the global mining industry. He has served in senior executive and board roles with public mining companies and was a member of the World Gold Council Board from 2006 to 2011. At Compass, Larry leads the Company's corporate strategy, government engagement and execution of its Small Mine development strategy in Mali.

Dr. Madani Diallo is one of Mali's most respected mining professionals, bringing more than four decades of geological and mining experience. His career has included senior leadership roles with BHP Minerals, the United Nations, and AngloGold Ashanti, where he served as General Manager of that company's Mali operations. His unparalleled understanding of Mali's geology, mining sector and operating environment provides Compass with invaluable technical insight and in-country leadership.

Louis Nagy is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over three decades of finance, accounting and governance experience. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and corporate secretary for numerous public and private companies, with particular expertise supporting junior mining issuers through financial reporting, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. At Compass, Louis oversees the Company's financial stewardship, public reporting and corporate governance framework.

Dr. Sandy Archibald is an economic geologist with more than 25 years of international exploration experience. He has led technical programs across the Americas, Europe and Africa, and is the Qualified Person responsible for Compass's technical disclosure under National Instrument 43-101. He provides leadership in planning and executing exploration field programs, and exploration strategy and project advancement.

Colin Galinski is responsible for corporate strategy, strategic transactions, stakeholder engagement, industry relationships, and the execution of key corporate initiatives supporting the Company's transition from exploration toward production. Colin brings extensive experience advising boards, leading complex multi-jurisdictional negotiations and managing significant institutional relationships. Called to the bar in both Ontario and British Columbia, Colin's background in governance, strategic planning and high-stakes decision-making strengthens Compass's engagement with shareholders, industry partners, governments and service providers.

A highly respected Malian geologist, he has been responsible for multiple gold discoveries and has held senior leadership positions with BHP Minerals and AngloGold Ashanti, where he served as General Manager of that company's Mali operations. His deep understanding of Mali's geology, mining sector and operating environment provides strategic leadership for Compass's exploration and development programs.

With over 10 years of experience in Mali’s mining sector, specialized in administrative management and mining title regulation. Former Permanent Secretary of the Association of Private Geoscientists of Mali (GEOPRIM), he is ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Dr. Sandy Archibald is an economic geologist with more than 25 years of international exploration experience spanning the Americas, Europe and Africa. As Compass's Technical Director and Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101, he provides leadership in geological modelling, technical evaluation and exploration strategy. He is the author of the Company's NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Sikasso Property and holds a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from McGill University.

Mamadou Sangare brings more than 20 years of exploration and drilling experience throughout the Birimian Greenstone Belt of West Africa. He has worked with Randgold Resources, Resolute Mining, Avnel Gold, African Gold Group and Perseus Mining, providing extensive expertise in drill program planning, execution and geological interpretation.

Joe Conway has more than three decades of executive leadership in the global mining industry. As President and Chief Executive Officer of IAMGOLD from 2003 to 2010, he led that Company's transformation into one of Canada's leading international gold producers through disciplined operational growth, strategic acquisitions and mine development. As Chair of the Board, his extensive experience leading publicly traded mining companies provides Compass with strategic oversight and corporate leadership.

James Henderson has more than 40 years’ experience providing financial advisory services across Australia and international markets in industries including mining, healthcare, aged care, medical devices and clean energy. As Founder and Executive Chairman of Transocean Securities, he advises emerging companies on corporate strategy and transactions. He has led numerous mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, dispositions and capital raisings across Australia, Canada, the UK, the US and Africa. He has significant West African experience, having served as Chairman of Oklo Resources, where he led the acquisition of gold assets in Mali, and currently as Chairman of West Africa Lime Company and Director of Carriers et Chaux du Mali (CCM), Mali’s first modern large-scale lime producer.

During his tenure as Senior Vice President, Business Development at IAMGOLD, he led approximately US$900 million in acquisitions and US$2.4 billion in divestitures, including several transformative transactions that reshaped that company's portfolio. His expertise in evaluating strategic opportunities, financing growth and creating shareholder value provides an important perspective as Compass advances its long-term development strategy.
